About The Trainer Cynthia Erickson
With over 40 years of experience training and caring for animals, our trainer's unique approach to training dogs has produced well-trained companion dogs for decades. Her experience as a Veterinary Surgical Nurse gives her professional depth rarely found among dog trainers.
Her eclectic approach to dog training focuses upon the unique characteristics and personality of each dog. When success is measured by results, Cynthia stands far out in front of the pack.
Throughout her career, she has created thousands of enjoyable healthy long-term relationships between owners and their pets by focusing upon creating bonds based upon "mutual respect" and a "teamwork". These relationships have provided lifelong enjoyment and personal reward.
Our Trainer has over 40 years of experience in all types of obedience training. She is a veterinary surgical nurse and has shown and trained dogs professionally in both obedience and conformation trials throughout the Midwest. She has conducted training classes at numerous locations in the western suburbs.
She gears her training methods to the personality of each dog and feels that no training course is successful unless both owner and dog enjoy working together.
Her classes are limited to 10 dogs per class and she considers it essential to give individual attention to each dog and owner. Currently she holds classes on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings at 6:30, 7:30 and 8:30.
